I’m frustrated today; however, I don’t really feel I should write about why other than to say it relates to how this story is being reported. I purposely hadn’t mentioned where I was in Afghanistan; however, I am at Bagram Air Field (BAF).

If you are frustrated because all of the news reports were all about how VP Cheney was unhurt, and none were about the loss of Pfc. Daniel Zizumbo or the others killed, then I don’t blame you one bit. Those of us who pay attention didn’t let the headlines hide the real story.
I’m sorry for the loss of Pfc. Zizumbo, and my heart goes out to his family and loved ones.
