On August 5th I will be casting my vote in the Missouri Republican Primary for Sarah Steelman for governor. The Wall Street Journal kindly outlined many of my reasons for choosing her. Read their article here.
The time has come to eliminate the Abramoff Republicans and reclaim our party!
Excellent article! I had some reservations about Steelman — one of the biggest being her family running McCain’s last campaign. But just having seen Roy Blunt endorse her opponent was almost enough for me to back her. Reading this article and a few others like it has clinched the decision. I’ll definitely be voting for Sarah Steelman, as well.

Couldn’t agree more; in everything I can see she seems to be genuine about reforming the Republican party. I hope she can do it; but it is always a fight when you go up against the money machine!
