The short experiment is over…much as I suspected and just like Amy told me; nearly every ad on my web site was contrary to what I believe in. From getting an auto lease, to a payday loan or consolidating your debt; nothing jived with my values. Because of that, it had to go, so google adsense is no longer on my sidebar.
If you are looking for a way to assist me in getting out of debt, I have replaced the ads on my sidebar with a button to sign up for Amazon Prime. Between now and October 31st I get $12 for every person who signs up for a free 30 day trial of Amazon Prime. There is no obligation, and you can cancel during your trial period, so basically for nothing you can get me $12. Just click here to sign up.

When do you receive your $12 and does it really get to you if the person cancels? Just wondered what the small print said.

Amazon is really good about paying. I receive a direct deposit from them two days before the end of every month. Each deposit is for the month prior…for instance at the end of August I will receive a payment for everything that happened in July.
I really get the $12 even if you cancel. Amazon offers a really good service anyway…they are usually the cheapest on just about any item…and with a prime membership you get upgraded shipping. They are obviously counting on you liking their product, which I must say is really good.
